Mood Support XS is a blend of vitamins and herbs that work synergistically to support a calm and positive mental outlook.* It contains saffron and sceletium extracts, which have been shown to support a normal stress response, along with vitamin B12 and folate.*

Saffron, derived from the red stigmas of the Crocus sativus flower, has a long history of culinary and medicinal uses. Research shows that it may support a positive mental outlook*, promotes a healthy inflammatory response, and may help support neurotransmitter metabolism.* Sceltium has a long history of medicinal use by indigenous peoples for relaxation and stress reduction.
