Cancellation and Subscription Management Policy

Incorrect Address for Orders
If you entered the wrong shipping address for your order, please contact us at ashlan@vibrantxience.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us before the order is fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot process cancellations. If your order is fulfilled before canceled, you would then need to wait for your delivery to arrive and do a return.

Subscription Management

  • Editing or Canceling Subscriptions:
    You can manage your subscriptions directly through your account:
      • On a cellphone: Navigate to Order History and make changes to your subscription.
      • On a computer: Locate Order History, and the option to manage subscriptions will appear next to it.
      • From Subscription Emails: You can also edit your subscriptions directly through the email you receive before your subscription orders are processed.
  • Subscription Issues:
    If you experience any problems with your subscriptions, please email us at ashlan@vibrantxience.com for support.

Subscriptions Explained

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
