No flushing B3. Rather than niacin (which can trigger uncomfortable flushing, especially during perimenopause and menopause), this formula uses Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) — a form of B3 that supports mitochondrial energy production without the flush.

B vitamins built for sensitive methylation. Folate as folinic acid, and B12 as a blend of adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin — active forms designed to work with the body's methylation pathway rather than around it.
